- Best practice: Set up a FedEx account for secure, trackable title delivery.
- Once set, you can monitor all title deliveries through your FedEx account.
5. Set Up Recall Services
- Enable or manage recall notifications for vehicles you purchase.
6. Payment Preferences
- Apply Account Credits: Choose how you want to make payments for vehicles (single payments or differences between transactions).
- Automatic Payments: Enable automatic payments for vehicles you sell or purchase.
- Receiving Payments: Set up direct deposit for quick and efficient payment processing through your bank account.
- Automatic Payment Withdrawals: Enable automatic fund withdrawals for vehicles you purchase.
7. Enable Notifications
You can choose to receive notifications for various activities:
- Late Fees: Get notified via text or email if late fees are applied.
- Bidding Notifications: Receive a text if you are outbid on an OV vehicle.
- Vehicle Review: Get notified if a vehicle is in the review period but hasn’t met the floor.
