By attending any of Manheim’s private auctions or using any of Manheim’s services (including, for the avoidance of doubt, private store sites powered my Manheim), whether at a Manheim location or online, you agree, for yourself, your dealership, your company, and your representatives (collectively, “you”), to abide by the following terms and conditions, as amended from time to time by Manheim. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “to be eligible to participate in or use Manheim’s services” means that each Buyer and Seller is pre-registered with AuctionACCESS and/or pre-approved by Manheim to do business with Manheim.
Once these conditions are met, Manheim will note in its electronic file for the Vehicle that it is cleared for release.
