Client Solutions Executives ​

Highly active wholesalers are partnered with a Client Solutions Executive (CSE). If assigned, a wholesaling expert provides in-depth consulting and strategy recommendations. CSEs deeply understand your unique business goals and challenges, and guide you at every phase of the wholesale process to maximize profitability. ​

Dealer Services: ​

We’ve evolved the Dealer Services team who serve as your VIN-level support contact. Previously this team handled live sales for vehicles running in lane. Now, complimenting these auction-based team members, are our new Wholesale Inventory Specialists, who are here to help you manage your listings, share data driven insights, and execute your wholesale strategy prioritizing what is most important to you. The Auction Dealer Services team will continue to support in sale day  coordination for in-lane auction sales (Live Sales).​
