Visitor and Guest Policy

Access & Attendance

Access to Manheim auction facilities is restricted to authorized customers and invited guests conducting legitimate wholesale automotive business. Guests may attend only when accompanied by and under the supervision of a registered Manheim customer in good standing. All attendees may be required to register upon entry and to display or present credentials upon request.

Authorized Guests

Guests may include dealership employees, dealership principals, vendors, service providers, or other individuals with a legitimate business purpose related to sponsoring customers’ auction activities. Attendance by retail vehicle purchasers, prospective retail purchasers, consumers, or other individuals whose primary purpose is to evaluate, shop for, or purchase vehicles for personal use is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Manheim management.

Sponsoring Customer Responsibilities

The sponsoring customer is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for ensuring compliance with all Manheim policies, safety requirements, and instructions from Manheim personnel.

Enforcement & Activity Restrictions

Manheim reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry to, remove, or restrict access for any guest or sponsoring customer. Any violation of this policy, including bringing unauthorized individuals or facilitating access by retail customers, may result in removal from the premises, suspension or revocation of guest privileges, restriction of auction access, suspension of customer account privileges, or any other action Manheim deems appropriate.

Guests may not bid, purchase, negotiate, or otherwise participate in auction activities.
