Effective May 31, 2024, all Manheim channels that facilitate a High Dollar transaction will now adhere to this addendum. Vehicles sold with a sale price of $75,000 or higher will have a per item dollar amount qualification threshold of 2% of the purchase to qualify for items outlined in the latest version of the NAAA Arbitration Policy.
