Title Surrender Guidelines
Due to variations in either state law or geographic customs, some guidelines are unique to each Manheim operating location with respect to the amount of time a seller has to surrender title along with specific sale day requirements doe disclosure of absent titles.
Absent Title Disclosures
As noted above, due to regional or local geographic customs, not all locations utilize the “Blue Light” or provide time of sale disclosure of absent titles. Please refer to each location’s specific auction page for their local Title policies
