To ensure the arbitration process moves timely and prevent a lengthy claim, the following arbitration claim milestones each have five (5) calendar days each to be completed by the buyer once notified or requested by the Arbitrator.
Submit claim documentation
Deliver vehicle to approved Manheim or approved 3rd Party site for verification
Return title to Manheim location (assuming the claim results in a Buyer Withdrew)
Submit Transportation and Recon invoices
These deadlines are designed to ensure the arbitration process moves in a timely manner and reduce delays in our claims process.
In the event a buyer fails to meet one or more of these deadlines, Manheim may, in its sole discretion, close the arbitration claim as “Buyer Bought”.
