Claims for absent or late titles made after 3:00 PM local time (or close of business, if earlier) will be processed the next business day. Sellers have until the end of the next business day to provide the title. Once received, Auctions will be allowed a reasonable time for acknowledgment, processing, handling, and shipping or making available to the Buyer.
