Title Absent Policy Sellers have 30 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim Wilmington.
Sold Cars will remain at the Market Street location until 12/27/2024 at 7PM. After 12/28/2024, all vehicles remaining will be towed to the new location at the expense of the owner.
