Local Policies
Title Absent Policy Regardless of light or announcement at time of sale, sellers have 30 days to surrender title.
Storage Fee Policy All vehicles purchased at Manheim St. Pete and left for more than 14 calendar days are subject to storage fees, including holidays and weekends. Sale day is day 1. Additionally, entering the vehicle in an upcoming sale will not preclude a purchased vehicle from storage fees. Cars and Light Trucks and Motorcycles are charged $10 per day, per vehicle. All charges will be posted weekly to your accounts receivable. All fees are final.
Please do not leave cars in the transport lot, as they will be towed if left for longer than 48 hours.
Vehicles offered 3 times or more may be subject to storage fee in accordance with this policy and can be assessed 7 calendar days from the 3rd time the vehicle is offered for sale.
