Local Policies
Title Absent Policy
Sellers have 30 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim Omaha.
Storage Policy
Vehicles left on property over 14 days will be charged $10 per day. (Day 1 starts the day you purchase the vehicle.)
Offer Policy
Offer binding time is 5pm CT. This applies to inventory sold in lane and Simulcast.
The deadline for inspection and detail for all dealer units is 5pm the Tuesday prior to sale.
Forklift Policy
$100 per vehicle charge for forklift loads.
