Title Absent Policy: Regardless of light or announcement at time of sale, sellers have 30 days to surrender title.

Loading Agreement Policy: The loading fee at Manheim Mississippi is $20 per vehicle. This fee will be added to the buyers A/R.

Storage Fee Policy: All vehicles on property at Manheim Mississippi for more than 14 days after purchase date are subject to a $10 per day fee. Fees will post automatically on day 15. Policy applies to vehicles purchased across all purchasing channels, no exceptions.

Arbitration Mileage Policy: Vehicles submitted to arbitration under a PSI must have 200 miles or less accumulated on the odometer between the time the odometer reading is recorded at the auction and the claim date.

“If” Bid/Offer Update: Offers/”If” bids will be binding until the end of business, which is 5pm day of sale.

Large bags and/or Backpacks are not allowed inside auction building, in the lanes or on the lot.

Due to security reasons no visitor passes will be issued until further notice.

For safety and insurance reasons, no one under the age of 18 allowed.

Please do not leave cars in the transport lot, and Client/Employee lot, as they will be towed.
