Local Policies
Wisconsin Buyer’s License Policy The State of Wisconsin requires all dealer representatives to have a valid WI Buyer’s License in order to participate at any Wisconsin wholesale auto auction. To apply or renew, please visit Wisconsin DOT’s online services and complete as soon as possible.
Title Absent Policy
Sellers have 14 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim Milwaukee.
Arbitration Fee Policy Per NAAA policy (page 8, #3) the Auction reserves the right to assess an arbitration fee to the Buyer for any invalid claims. If the arbitration is valid, Auction reserves the right to assess an arbitration fee to the Seller in addition to any charges associated with the arbitration.
The deadline for inspection and detail for all dealer units is 12pm the Monday prior to sale.
Test Drive Policy No test driving of vehicles on Wednesday mornings prior to sale. Test driving open on Tuesdays until 4pm CT.
