Title Absent Policy
Sellers have 30 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim Keystone Pennsylvania.

Public Auctions

Public buyers need to complete a registration form and pay a fee of $200 by money order. Registration must be completed by 3pm on Monday before the sale in order to take part in the Commonwealth Sales. If you do not purchase a vehicle, the fee will be refunded through the mail the following week.
