Title Absent Policy Dealer-sold vehicles have 7 calendar days to turn in negotiable Hawaii title. Commercial vehicles are sold with title present with exception of Tesla and Enterprise Rent A Car

Any vehicles not removed from the lot after 72 hours will be charged a storage fee of $52.00 per vehicle per day.
