Local Policies
Title Absent Policy – Sellers have 30 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim Darlington.
Transportation Policy – Transportation cost for Mobile Sale Simulcast Buyers will be charged to the buyer depending on the location unless other arrangements have been made with our transportation department.
TRA Loading Fee – $55 per unit
All counter offers are considered binding until 5:00 PM on the same business day.
Overnight Parking Policy – Due to limited parking spaces in our main parking area and the transporter parking area, Manheim Darlington reserves the right to have violators towed.
Storage Fee Policy – Manheim Darlington
Buyer Units: Vehicles purchased and left onsite for more than 14 days will incur a $70 per unit weekly storage fee.
Seller Units: Vehicles consigned and remaining onsite for more than 60 days will also be subject to a $70 per unit weekly storage fee.
