Certification Fees: Vehicles purchased with Certified announcements will accrue additional buyer fees.

Title Absent Policy: Regardless of light or announcement at time of sale, sellers have 30 days to surrender title.

Title Turn-In Policy All prior reassignments must be complete. Mileage must be filled in accurately. Odometer boxes must be checked. Make sure titles are complete before turning them in.  

Loading Agreement Policy: The loading fee at Manheim Birmingham is $45 per vehicle. This fee will be added to the buyers A/R.

Storage Fee Policy All vehicles on property at Manheim Birmingham for more than 14 days after purchase date are subject to a $10 per day fee. Fees will be posted automatically on day 15. Policy applies to vehicles purchased across all purchasing channels, no exception.

“If” Bid/Offer Update Offers/”IF” bids will be binding until 5pm for Tuesday sales.

For safety and insurance reasons, no one under the age of 18 is allowed.

Vehicles offered for sale 3 times or more may be subject to storage fees in accordance with this policy and can be assessed 7 calendar days from the third time the vehicle is offered for sale.

Please do not leave cars in the transport lot, and Client/Employee lot, as they will be towed.
