How Smart Approve Works:

• Access Smart Approve from your inventory page by selecting “View Reconditioning”. The tool opens in a new tab and brings you to the approval screen, displaying essential vehicle information.
• Review the buyer’s view of the condition report, damage and miscellaneous photos, vehicle notes, and your seller profile.
• Adjust approvals to see a live estimate of repair costs, updated Recon MMR, and auto grade score, helping you make informed decisions to maximize profit.
• On the Services tab, select your preferred detail option, certifications, and mechanical shop items. You must choose an option before submitting.
• The General tab provides account details, more vehicle information, and available options.
• Under the Condition section, review interior odor, emissions, keys available, documentation, and tire information.
• Use the Review button to see all selected changes, estimated grade, services, and total estimated cost before confirming.
