How to Use Simulcast in the App

In this guide, we’ll explain how to use Simulcast in the app to participate in live vehicle auctions.

Simulcast allows you to join a live auction remotely, giving you the ability to view vehicles and place bids in real time directly from the app.

To get started, log in and navigate to the auction or listings section. Look for vehicles or auctions marked as Simulcast. When the auction is live, select the Simulcast option to enter the event.

Once inside the Simulcast view, you’ll see the current vehicle being auctioned along with live updates to the bidding. The screen displays key information such as the current bid amount, lane or auction status, and time remaining.

To place a bid, tap the bid button and confirm your bid amount. Your bid will be submitted instantly and reflected in the live auction. If another bidder places a higher bid, the app will update in real time so you can respond quickly.

As the auction progresses, vehicles will advance automatically. You can continue watching, bidding, or exit the Simulcast at any time.

If you win a vehicle, you’ll receive a confirmation in the app with next steps to complete your purchase, including payment and pickup or delivery details.

Simulcast makes it easy to participate in live auctions from anywhere, giving you flexibility and real-time access to the auction floor.
