A Post-Sale Inspection (PSI) ensures the vehicles you purchase are exactly what you expected. Yellow light or high mileage vehicles are covered by a Limited Powertrain Inspection (LPI).
PSI is a functional, mechanical inspection of your vehicle’s major components, so you know if there’s a problem before it leaves the lot. If an issue is missed, the PSI Guarantee will make it right.
PSIs can be ordered after a purchase or you can protect every eligible vehicle by signing up for Automatic PSI.

Claim Mileage Criteria

If an inspected item passes during the inspection, but then fails during the PSI/LPI guarantee period and costs $800 or more to repair or replace, the defect is eligible for claim resolution with Manheim.
Reimbursement of vehicle purchase price will not exceed 102% of MMR at the time of purchase.
