For Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) that are stored at a Manheim location and fall below 20% State of Charge (SOC), Manheim shall, in its sole discretion, have the right to charge the vehicle and bill seller, each time, for such service until such BEV is sold or removed from the Manheim location. Post sale, Manheim will not charge a BEV unless requested by the buyer and such buyer will be billed per occurrence.
For the avoidance of doubt Manheim is not responsible for ensuring electric vehicles maintain proper charge and is not responsible for issues that may occur due to full battery discharge.
