Title Absent Policy Sellers have 30 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim Phoenix.

 

Arbitration Policy Per NAAA policy (page 8, #3) the auction assesses a $200 arbitration fee to the Buyer for any invalid claim. The auction assesses a $200 arbitration fee to the seller for any valid claim.

Sold units left on the property over 10 days are subject to $5 per day in storage fees. Units not removed before 90 days will be towed at the buyer’s expense.
