Title Absent Policy Sellers have 30 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim North Carolina.
Arbitration Policy er NAAA Arbitration Policy (page 8, #3) the auction reserves the right to assess an arbitration fee to the Buyer for any invalid claim. Manheim North Carolina will assess a $200 fee invalid or frivolous arbitration claims.
TRA Pick-Up Fee $50 Loading Fee per Unit
Storage Fee Policy Units left onsite at Manheim North Carolina for more than 21 days will be subject to a $70 per unit weekly Storage Fee.
“If” Bid/Offer Update Offers/“If” bids will be binding until the end of business, which is 5pm day of sale.
Overnight Parking Policy Due to the limited parking spaces, Manheim North Carolina is enforcing the overnight parking policy. No Overnight Parking. Violators will be Towed.
